Kundalini Yoga
A practice for inner awareness, resilience, and vitality
Kundalini Yoga offers a grounded and powerful practice for those who wish to reconnect with themselves on a deeper level — beyond daily demands, roles, and expectations. The practice supports the nervous system, cultivates clarity and presence, and strengthens our capacity to meet life with steadiness and awareness.
Through movement, breathwork, mantra, and meditation, Kundalini Yoga invites you to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with what is alive within you. You are welcomed exactly as you are, with space to meet yourself honestly and without performance.
“In Kundalini Yoga the most important thing is your experience. It goes right to your heart. No words can replace that experience.”
— Yogi Bhajan
The practice
Kundalini Yoga works simultaneously on the physical, emotional, mental, and energetic levels. The practice is designed to awaken inner vitality while also supporting deep rest and integration.
Specific sequences, rhythmic breathing, and focused attention help dissolve tension, release old patterns, and strengthen the nervous system. Rather than aiming for flexibility or external form, the emphasis lies on inner experience, awareness, and self-observation.
Over time, the practice can support emotional balance, mental clarity, and a deeper sense of inner stability.
“Don’t acquire it as knowledge…” — Osho
Who this practice is for
Kundalini Yoga is open to all levels and bodies. No prior experience is required.
You are encouraged to listen to your body, take breaks when needed, and adapt the practice to your own rhythm. Rest is always welcome. The practice meets you where you are — not where you think you should be.
“Kundalini is the dormant power within, waiting to ascend and bestow enlightenment…” — Amit Ray

About Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga is a traditional yoga system with roots in ancient yogic and tantric teachings from Northern India, particularly the Punjab region. For centuries, these practices were transmitted through teacher–student lineages and valued for their capacity to work deeply with awareness, energy, and the nervous system.
In the late 1960s, Kundalini Yoga was introduced to the West by Yogi Bhajan, who made the teachings accessible to modern practitioners while maintaining a structured and purposeful approach.
At the heart of Kundalini Yoga lies the concept of kundalini energy — understood as a natural life force present in all human beings. Through a grounded and conscious approach, the practice supports a gradual awakening of vitality, intuition, and self-trust.
