The practice

Reiki is a gentle hands-on (or hands-off) healing practice that works with the body’s natural capacity for balance and self-regulation. Soul Body Fusion complements this work by supporting the integration of awareness, presence, and embodied experience.

Rather than trying to change or fix anything, the practice invites the body and nervous system into a state of safety and rest. From this place, release and re-alignment can happen naturally.

Sessions are held in stillness and quiet presence, allowing the body to soften, the breath to deepen, and the mind to settle.
